Judson Arnold

Judson is a skilled attorney with over a decade of diverse litigation experience. His practice focuses primarily on complex civil matters including civil rights, commercial disputes, and property litigation. Through his experiences in both the public and private sectors, Judson has litigated hundreds of cases to verdict, including jury and bench trials throughout state and federal courts in Maryland.  Whether it’s high-stakes litigation or a matter that be resolved outside of the courtroom, Judson prides himself on providing rigorous representation that is rooted in respect, dignity, and fairness.

As a former homicide prosecutor and public defender, Judson has significant experience in front of judges and juries from both sides of the aisle. After leaving the government, he joined a law firm widely regarded as one of the premier firms for litigation in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. Inspired to learn more work in the civil rights arena, Judson then joined the Baltimore office of a law firm that specializes in defending federal section 1983 cases. During this time, Judson successfully litigated numerous wrongful conviction cases and commercial matters while rising to the level of managing partner of the firm’s Baltimore office.

Judson lives with his wife, Anne, and two young children in Baltimore City. He chairs the Lawyers’ Campaign Against Hunger, which raises money annually to benefit the Maryland Food Bank.
